Aerohandling Airport Assistance GmbH was founded in August 1994 as a company basically to develop Quality Handling Services for Air Carriers.

Since six years, we are the exclusive partner for Atlas Air and Polar Air freighter flights in Frankfurt. Our company handles all Atlas Air and Polar Air registered aircrafts calling at FRA, whether they are scheduled flights or ad-hoc charters.

Since many years we are experienced in handling B747F aircrafts, ranging from the classic B 747-200F to the latest B747-800F.

Also the first B777F to call at FRA – was handled by us. Since then we handle this aircraft type for Emirates, China Southern Airlines and TNT Airways. Highly qualified and experienced load controllers /ramp agents trained by Atlas Air under FAA rules guarantee a professional and high standard of safety, ontime performance with and maximum uplift per flight.

At Frankfurt we are handle more than 1.000 freighter flights per year. Depending on the customer‘s needs, we either use their own proprietary software (Sable / SITA-DCS), manual load control / load sheets, or our own software. All our agents are feasible to do manual load plans and load sheets. COMPANY
